Then the theme of the song,that represents Nagisa’s favorite thing in the world,is mixed with the happy,gentle feeling of the dango and the sad,nostalgic feeling of knowing who’s this song dedicated to. Meeting Nagisa,seeing her,hearing her,learning about her story n watching what she goes through makes even the coldest heart shed tears. I think I understand why it makes such an impact on all of us after seeing the Anime. N if I concentrate on it,stay still n just listen,my eyes start to fill with tears 😥 Now everytime I hear it or think about it,I sing it,n it makes me happy,but at the same time a deep sadness tights in my chest as I think of the girl who this song calls upon in my mind. Until I finished Clannad (a huge waterfall of tears) I kept feeling the sadness more n more. As I kept on watching,I finally saw the deep sadness of it,which broke my heart. I thought it was such a happy jolly song,but I felt some sadness in it too,but I didnt understand why. I didn’t know the lyrics to the song right,but I didn’t care,I just sang it to my heart’s content! I even sang it around school! People who didn’t know Japanese (English school in America) looked at me with a face that said: what the heck is she singing?! XD My friend had the song on her MP3,n everyday I would beg her to let me take it home so I could listen to it before I fell asleep. My friend told me about it n so I watched…n it touched my heart… I heard it when I watched Clannad for the first time. There’s less songs like that in the world. This song is so beautiful,it’s lovely,soft n pure.
